Being a late night television viewer..ehem ehem, now just keep the grey clean, I mean television is no different at night except for the evergreen 'TELE MALL'!!! The story dates back in 1994 when my dear mother made a break through in child care..The only was to achieve my silence was to make me sit before the idiot box! Now that just not only played the trick but also made me one of the most loyal fans of what I thought was a blessing in disguise-the Tele mall. The awe with which I watched the 15 minute duration show was immense. I only hoped that one day my mother would get convinced and buy any one of the products which only remains a secret desire till today. damn! But sadly with hormonal changes came in the changes in my choices too. From cartoons I shifted to music, from Govinda to Shahrukh and finally the painful yet gradual change from tele-mall to reality shows! Life was going fine until my recent confrontation with my past. I was stunned! I did not like what I saw rather found it hysterical. Really, would u ever buy a balloon sofa to make an impression!? :O I was devastated. How on earth can my companion as a child be an utter pile of bullcrap! But surprisingly the popularity still remains at its peak. One of the most amusing products is undoubtedly 'Yoko Height Increaser'..wow an actual product that can change the chemical balance of the body and give a much taller self! But the irony is that the product was invented in Japan [I hope u get the joke]..lol ;)..oh yes and special mention to the hair products. If that would have worked all could have hair like my sister..yeah right! One day a 'male' friend of mine walked into the room and in an extremely animated manner said,' My teeth is shining so much cause I use Dantpari.' I swear to God I lost all my respect for him that very day and so did he- his manhood!! Yet trying really hard[trust me I am] to form a second impression I have landed on to the conclusion that it might be outrageous but it still brings a ray of hope which we all are looking for. Everything said and done it atleast has a positive side to it and cmon it makes us all laugh and that too for free. Thus 'Long Live Tele-Mall'!!! Love it, watch it and continue to get inspired.
